Shipping Rates (all standard shipping):

  • AutoSave Customers = standard shipping and handling (contiguous U.S. only) is FREE
  • One-Time Orders = $9.99 flat rate standard shipping and handling (contiguous U.S. only).
  • Outside contiguous U.S. and International countries - AutoSave & One-Time Orders are charged standard shipping & handling rates (calculated at checkout).

Getting your order to you is as important to us as it is to you. If you feel there is an issue, our Customer Success Team will be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Please email us at support@goutcheckplus.com 9am-5pm CST Monday-Friday, and a representative will be in touch with you promptly. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods We Use
We most commonly use USPS (United State Postal Service) for our shipping. We also use FedEx and UPS, and they cannot ship to any box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted.

Delays
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact us at support@goutcheckplus.com for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carriers, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 5 to 12 business days for delivery (typically 5-7 days).

International Shipping

International orders are delivered in approximately 10-14 days.

Rates vary based on final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.

We will always notify you if there are any complications with your credit card.

Gout Check Plus+ follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.

Return Policy

Gout Check Plus+ return policy is valid from 45 days when you receive your package. If 45 days have gone by since the day of receiving package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must have half the bottle still remaining, depending upon inspection.

To process your return, we require proof of purchase with first and last name and or your order number. All returns must be accompanied by a Gout Check Plus+ Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number. Please email us at support@goutcheckplus.com and ask for a return processing authorization number.

This number must appear on your return label. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer which will be refunded once your return package is received by our team and approved.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will start once we get the original package back. Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next step would be to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@goutcheckplus.com.

 

Damaged Products (if applicable)
If you receive your product and there's an issue with the packaging or contents, know that we will always replace defective or damaged product. Please notify us immediately upon receiving your shipment (within 7 days). To exchange your product, send us an email at support@goutcheckplus.com.

 

Return Shipping
To return your product email us at support@goutcheckplus.com and we will send you the address to ship to along with other details. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included in your refund.

Guarantee, Returns & Cancellations FAQ

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. 

If you don't see any results (blood levels neutralizing, feeling better, etc. after at least 14 days of taking daily), all you need to do is return the unused portion of your product back to us. We will refund the return shipping cost and your original purchase price 100%. (return limited to 1 bottle per customer)
